Description of goods

Photographs and descriptions on the Trax Couture website are as accurate as possible; however, as some of the products in the Trax Couture range are hand printed, colours, prints and designs may vary slightly. We do our best to give a full description of our products; we strongly recommend reading the details provided for sizes, colours, material, design and postage before you make your purchase.

Making a purchase

All goods are sold subject to availability. All online payments are processed through PayPal. Trax Couture does not store any of your credit card details on the site.

Pricing

Please note that all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. You will be notified of the total cost (including post and packaging) before completing your transaction.

Damaged goods

Trax Couture will never knowingly dispatch damaged or faulty goods. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier wherever possible. Retain all relevant information and never sign for a damaged package, unless you clearly state on the delivery note the state it has reached you in. Please notify Trax Couture by email (info@traxcouture.com) of any damaged goods.

Refunds and exchanges

Items may vary slightly in appearance from the picture in the shop. Please read descriptions carefully before buying. We try and describe all our items in detail and as honestly as possible. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. If a product is faulty we will be happy to refund you within 28 days with proof of purchase.
